Sewing
To guarantee production of the highest quality a group of 904 people including operators, assistant operators, quality inspectors and supervisors are working relentlessly under the direct supervision of the production managers.
We have equipped our sewing section with specialized machineries for specific works. A lot of our machines are incorporated with under bed trimmers (as required for specific operations) and all of our specialized machines are computerized. Some of our specialized sewing machines are:
- Eyelet button hole (key hole) machines with active tension mechanism
- Computer controlled bar tacking machines with active tension mechanism.
- Computer controlled shape tacking / Velcro attaching machines.
- Automatic Pocket Welt Machine
- Multi needle double chain stitch machine for waist band stitching.
The sewing section has been set-up vertically integrated for knit & ovenware with comprising of 30 lines.
